Hi I was trying to download a program to convert pdfs to ebub and i found one when i downloaded it something called sweetpacks installed on my computer without my permission. I was able to uninstall most of the other files and software installed from sweetpacks. But it still shows up in my add and remove list in control panel. On that list it says sweetPacks Updator service. How to do i get this thing completely removed?
I had to format my drive and start all over unfortunately. My initial encounter came from a cnet download, the cpu-z program had it imbedded, never had an issue before. This time was different though, huge hassle.
what is trojan name?
